Maryland Cartridge Box Plate, c. 1860s, lead-filled brass plate with the Maryland state seal on the front, marked in the back of the lead "E. GAYLORD" and with initials "A.D.H." scratched in, and an old tag reading "Gettysburg Battlefield Relic," and one iron loop remaining, ht. 2.14, lg. 3.36 in.
