Two Staffordshire Creamware Chinoiserie-decorated Tea Canisters, England, 18th century, both rectangular shape molded with a Chinese figure to each cell ground panel, one in translucent brown and green glazes, one in undecorated cream-colored glaze, ht. 4 5/8 in.

Colored example: Hairline running top to bottom down one panel. Cream colored: Small rim chip; glaze wear to areas of highest relief, all edges and corners; chip to one base corner; 1/4" chip along footrim of one side.
