E. Terry and Sons Eight-day Shelf Clock, Plymouth, Connecticut, carved eagle splat over the glazed dial door, lower door with reverse-painted glass tablet, painted wood roman numeral dial with seconds bit above the center shaft, interior maker's label states in part "Made and Sold at Plymouth, Connecticut, by E. Terry & Sons," eight-day wood movement powered by compounded cast iron weights, ht. 37 in.
Estimate $200-400

Lower door glass possibly replaced. Few small veneer chips, no indication of finials, splat and chimneys appear original, old gilt surface to columns.
