Utagawa Kunisada (Toyokuni III, 1786-1865), Two Triptych Woodblock Prints, Japan, one depicting a lord with courtesans in an iris garden under the moon, publisher Yamaguchiya Tobei; and one depicting a night scene with a warrior with two courtesans, from the series The Tale of Genji, publisher Yamada Shobei, framed and glazed, each oban tate-e, sight size 13 1/2 x 28 1/2 in.
