Two Yoshihiko Takahashi Art Glass Sculptures, Japan, c. 1995, optical glass blown, sandblasted, enameled, and abraded, with mesh glass appliques, unsigned, ht. 15, 7, dia. 17, wd. 26, dp. 15 3/4 in.

Note: Celebrated in Japan and abroad, Yoshihiko Takahashi is a leading figure in studio glass work. Having studied in Japan and Germany, he established his own studio in 1985 where he continues to treat glass as a means of self-expression.
