Painted and Paint-decorated Table Desk, New England, early 19th century, the top section with five short drawers supported by turned supports on the projecting lower section with work surface and two long drawers below, on ring-turned tapering legs, old red-painted surface with drawers centering black-painted foliate devices, (minor imperfections),ht. 43 1/2, wd. 25 1/2, dp. 19 3/4 in.
