Fischer & Mieg Porcelain Covered Urn, Czechoslovakia, early 20th century, heavily gilded with a deep cobalt ground cover, neck socle, and plinth, the bulbous body with cream ground with male masks terminating at coiled snake handles, a central hand-painted polychrome enameled cartouche to either side with classical allegorical subjects, printed Pirkenhammer mark, ht. 32 in.

In very good condition throughout. Gilt wear to the inside rim where the cover rubbed. No other evidence of any cracks, chips or restorations throughout.
