The July Fine Books & Manuscripts sale is a single-owner collection featuring early books with an emphasis on incunabula, devotional manuscripts (text and illuminated),illustrated works, and fine bindings, both continental and English, with a subset of classics, emblem books, and a copy of the Nuremberg Chronicle. The collection was formed during the latter half of the 20th century, culled from major East Coast dealers specializing in early books, and important international auctions.
