Maple and Cherry Inlaid Chest of Four Drawers, Massachusetts, c. 1800-10, the top above four drawers with bird's-eye maple crossbanding and ebonized stringing, on cutout bracket base, old replaced brasses, refinished, ht. 37 1/4, wd. 38 1/2, dp. 18 1/2 in.

This bureau appears to be in good structural condition, with no major repairs or replacements. The backboards are original but are renailed and a little loose. The brass pulls are old but some have new nuts holding them on, and one screw-post is broken on one. the drawers are a bit sticky and could use a little work to get them moving well.
