Small Figural Brass Cigar Notcher, likely 19th century, designed as a woman sitting on a chamber pot, the figure hinged at the shoulders, the notching blade affixed to her feet and cuts the cigar which is inserted into the bottom of the pot, ht. 1 1/4 in.
