Neoclassical Gold and Shell Cameo Suite, early 19th century, the nine plaques depicting scenes after various artists including Venus, Mars, and Cupid in the Smithy of Vulcan, Love for Sale, Love Disarmed, Jupiter and his Eagle, Mercury Delivering the Infant Bacchus to a Nymph, Hercules Refreshed by Hebe, Bacchus Offering Cupid a Drink, Hector Censuring Helen and Paris, and others, the clasp depicting the Medusa; together with a brooch of Cupid and Psyche, and earrings with grotesques, lg. 17 3/4, 1 1/8, 1 3/4 in., in a fitted box for Cameo Corner Ltd., London.
