Belle Epoque Platinum, Sapphire, and Diamond Pendant/Brooch, France, the flexibly set cushion-cut sapphire measuring approx. 15.40 x 11.10 x 8.49 mm, within two rectangular frames, suspended from a removable bow, and set throughout with old mine- and rose-cut diamonds, millegrain accents, lg. 2 in., guarantee stamps, in original fitted box from Leo Weill, Paris, dated 11 Juin 1912.

Note: Accompanied by AGL document no. 1099627, dated March 29, 2019, stating that the sapphire is from Ceylon, no gemological evidence of heat.
