Condition: Handling creases (primarily to margins),3/4 inch tear to upper edge.

The sheet measures 30 x 40 inches. There are creases plus minor soiling at the corners plus additional creasing especially in the upper margin. There is also a roughly vertical tear about 1 1/4 inches to the upper edge.
