Kazanjian Economics Foundation of Wilton, Connecticut, with printed note inserted, in very good condition with a very good unclipped dust jacket priced $3.95 (some mild foxing, minor surface abrasions to jacket), in publisher's blue cloth, lettered in gilt, very good, 8 1/2 x 5 1/4 in.
