George III Sterling Silver Circular Waiter, London, 1773-73, Robert Rew, maker, with pendant laurel swags along rim, center with vacant engraved cartouche, dia. 7 1/8 in., approx. 10.0 troy oz.

Spots of silver rot to top surface, light surface wear along edge, two more focused areas of wear through silver surface (two small holes to raised areas), light abrasions. No evidence of engraving removal (no surface abrasions or thinness to metal).
