French Champleve and Ornamental Crystal Regulator, c. 1890, urn-top finial with four smaller flame finials mounted at each corner, brass bezel enclosing the applied semicircular turquoise roman numerals, outside escapement, and black sword hands, beveled glass panels with four columns at each corner and a winged Egyptian-style bust at the base, eight-day, spring-powered, time and strike movement, regulated by a champleve decorated pendulum, ht. 21 1/2 in.
