New England Mahogany Patent Timepiece or "Banjo" Clock, painted roman numeral zinc dial with gilt rope-turned frames enclosing the reverse-painted tablets, throat tablet reading "J. Seward," eight-day time-only movement, regulated by a pendulum and iron weight, ht. with finial 33 1/2 in.
