Leighton Cram (American, 1895-1981)

Three Landscapes of Rolling Hills and Farmhouses. Unsigned. Oil on canvasboard or academy board, sizes to 22 x 27 in., unframed. Condition: Minor paint losses, abrasions, one with dog ear breaks to lower corners, surface grime.

Provenance: A Massachusetts estate; Skinner, Inc., November 12, 2015, 2864T, Lot 1001; through to the current owner.

N.B. These landscapes are thought to be in the vicinity of Rockport, Massachusetts, where Leighton Cram painted for most of his life.
