Ephraim Downes Pillar and Scroll Shelf Clock, Bristol, Connecticut, c. 1825, scroll-top case with turned freestanding columns flanking the full-length glazed door, painted wood roman numeral dial, lower reverse-painted glass (heavy losses), printed maker's label inside, wooden thirty-hour time and strike movement powered by two cast iron weights and regulated by a pendulum, ht. 31 in.
