Self Portrait in a Cap and Scarf with the Face Dark: Bust, 1633, a later impression (Bartsch/Hollstein, 17ii/ii). Signed and dated within the plate. Etching on 19th century laid paper, plate size 5 1/4 x 4 in. (13.2 x 10.0 cm), framed.
Condition: Margins over 1/8 inches, toning, staining, not examined out of frame.
Out of the frame the sheet measures 9 3/8 x 7 5/8 inches. The sheet is evenly toned and the image is light-toned. There are two small abrasions/thinned spots near the upper edges (see images).
