Condition: Lined, stable craquelure, surface grime.
Provenance: Collection of Mary Lucia Leighton, New York City; by descent to the current private collection, New Hampshire.

Small area of raised but stable horizontal craquelure measuring 1-1/2 inches across which is more heavily varnished, located in the sky 6 inches in from the left side and 2 3/4 inches down from the top edge. Overal varnish appears discolored. Lining is quite old.
