George III Sterling Silver Salver, London, 1781-82, Thomas Whipham & Charles Wright, maker, with a raised and beaded edge and chased laurel swag to rim, dia. 14 in., approx. 36.5 troy oz.

Scattered surface abrasions and a few minor pinprick dents. Inscription to backside filled in (silver surface still strong though traces of engraving and abrasions are visible).
