Note: Fitzgerald was a carpenter and was employed by builder Robert Porteus, who lent his workshop for the construction of the dollhouse.

dollhouse exhibits wear to paint to the exterior, with flaking to the front stairs, some losses to the shingles of the roof, most notably to the edges, and the windows are glass.
