Easter Island Figure, Mo'ai Kavakava, 19th century, wood, bone and obsidian, standing, slightly stooped, male human figure with an emaciated body, overall dark brown patina, (missing chip in the head and age cracks), ht. 13 1/4 in.
Provenance: Private collection, New York City, New York.
One eye is missing; age cracks; a chunk is missing from the top of the head; a small crack and missing piece in the lower back; surface abrasions
