Plains Pictorial Beaded Hide Legging, Sioux, fourth quarter 19th century, fringed main panel decorated with four warriors on horseback, wearing feather bonnets, old label reads "Sioux near White river, S Dakota," lg. of main panel 20 1/4 in.

Provenance: Purchased at Sotheby's Parke-Bernet, New York, in the 1980s (tag reads Lot 113); private collection, New York City.
