Mabel May Woodward (American, 1877-1945)

Three Watercolors: Nun by a Chapel
, Church Town (Charleston, South Carolina), and Roadside Shrine by an Orchard. Nun signed "M. Woodward" l.r., the others unsigned. Watercolor on paper, sizes to 8 1/4 x 10 3/8 in., unmatted, unframed. Condition: Nicks and wear to the edges of the sheets, some with glue residue to the edges of the reverse.

Provenance: Ann Stevens, close friend of the artist and executor of the artist's estate; Robert G. Withers, Providence, Rhode Island; to the current private collection, Georgia.
