Laid folio-format bifolium inscribed over the top half of one sheet to French Minster of the Interior (1809-1814),Jean-Pierre Bachasson, Count of Montalivet (1766-1823),addressed on conjugate bifolium verso, blind-stamped postage cancel, docketed at top of letter, old sealing wax and tear from original opening, 10 x 8 in.
