Classical Carved and Turned Mahogany and Mahogany Veneer Mirrored Dressing Chest, attributed to Thomas Seymour, Boston, c. 1820, the beveled glass mirror flanked by bamboo-turned supports and foliate-carved scrolls terminating in rosettes over a case of three recessed, cockbeaded, small drawers, and two small and two long drawers, raised on ropetwist columns continuing to turned feet, (losses),ht. 67 1/4, wd. 42, dp. 21 in.
