Two-gallon Cobalt-decorated Stoneware Crock, William E. Warner, East Troy, New York, c. 1850, straight sided with shoulder and flaring rim, applied lug handles, the front decorated with spreadwing eagle and floral sprays, ht. 11 in.
tight hairlines to left of and below eagle, and through bottom, another tight hairline down from lip, chips to inside of lip.
