Mahogany and Mahogany Veneer Inlaid Dwarf Clock, Joshua Wilder, Hingham, Massachusetts, c. 1800, pierced fret and three brass finials above the tombstone-shaped hood and glazed door opening to a white-painted and polychrome-decorated iron dial inscribed "Joshua Wilder Hingham" in the arch, and eight-day time-only movement, waist with mahogany crossbanding and applied molding, on similarly banded base and shaped bracket, ht. 44 with finial.
