Signed "Hopkins" on the back.
Oil on panel, 28 x 23 3/4 in., in a modern gilt-molded frame.
Condition: Scattered retouch, panel cracked.
Provenance: The Arthur & Sybil Kern Collection of American Folk Art.
Estimate $1,500-2,500

The edges of the crack have retouch, the background has scattered mostly small spots of retouch, the face has a few small spots of retouch.
