Danseuse endormie, 1926-27, edition of 50 plus proofs (Duthuit, 479). Numbered and signed "8/50 Henri - Matisse" in pencil l.r. Lithograph on Japan paper, image size 8 3/4 x 18 in. (22.2 x 45.4 cm),framed.
Condition: Full sheet, gentle toning, image light-struck, minor soiling, the area under the "50" has been abraded as if by erasure, unobtrusive handling creases, ink annotations to verso, bits of brown paper tape to corners and along upper edge on verso.

The sheet measures 17 7/16 x 22 1/8 in. The handling crease are most prevalent to the lower margin, and include several gently pressed crease along the lower edge.
