Signed "Laura Hills" u.l., said to be titled on the reverse, also titled on an old framer's label affixed to the new frame backing paper.
Pastel on artist board, sight size 28 x 23 1/2 in. (71.5 x 59.5 cm),framed.
Condition: Not examined out of frame.

Although the frame was not opened during cataloging due to the fragile nature of pastel, the overall condition appears good. The title is provided in two places on encapsulated labels now affixed to the frame backing paper: 1) a photocopy of an inscription said to be in the reverse and 2) an old typed label from an old frame backing. A handwritten note alongside the labels states that the work in on artist's board.
The frame appears to be the original black, painted frame, but has been over-painted with gold paint. It's outer dimensions are 31 1/34 x 26 1/2 in.
