Description:

Pair of Famille Rose Lotus Water Droppers, China, early 20th century, each modeled and decorated as a bud with curved petals and tapering to a notched tip, the hollow stem spout inscribed "Da Qing Guangxu sanshisi nian Anhui Taihu fujin jiuzao jinian bei" (memorial cup for the autumn maneuvers near lake Tai in Anhui in the thirty-fourth year of Guangxu), on custom carved lotus-leaf form stands, dropper lg. to 7 3/4 in.
