Limited edition, copy number 55 of 85 numbered copies, signed by Bly and McCurdy on limitation page; text edited and with the added commentaries by Robert Bly, illustrated with wood engravings by Michael McCurdy, bound in full cloth by the Schuberth Bookbindery, housed in publisher's slipcase (slightly bumped and abraded), contents very good, 13 x 10 in.
