Description:

Tiger Maple Carved High Chest of Drawers, New England, mid-18th century, the molded cornice above a four-drawer upper section, set into a lower section with two drawers, the lower of which has a three-drawer facade centering a carved fan, on shaped skirt with turned pendants joining cabriole legs, replaced brasses, refinished, ht. 73, lower case wd. 39 3/4, lower case dp. 19 1/2 in.
