Staffordshire Historical Blue Transfer-decorated States Soup Plate, James and Ralph Clews, Cobridge, England, 1819-36, the center with three-story building and two people in the foreground, Washington medallion on the left side, bordered by the names of fifteen states, impressed Clews mark on the back, dia. 10 3/8 in.
