Signed and dated "J.WITHERS./1881" l.r., titled l.l., identified in an inscription on the mat.
Watercolor on paper/board, sight size 12 x 17 3/4 in. (30.0 x 45.0 cm), framed.
Condition: Scattered minor fox marks, not examined out of frame.
