Emile Lessore Decorated Queen's Ware Ewer, England, c. 1860, attributed to Wedgwood, modeled with a cherub seated to the shoulder below the spout, goat mask to handle terminal, polychrome enameled battle scenes, artist signed, unmarked, ht. 14 3/4 in.
Note: A pair of almost identical ewers marked Wedgwood were sold as part of the Zeitlin Collection at Skinner, Boston, September 9, 2006, Lot 353.
