Pair of George III Sterling Silver Card Trays, London, 1767-68, Elizabeth Cooke, maker, each with a pie-crust rim and central engraved coat of arms on three spade feet, dia. 8 in., approx. 21.5 troy oz.

One tray lighter than the other (10.2 vs. 11.3 troy oz.). Lighter tray has thinner surface but no pitting or surface changes consistent with engraving removal, also with small break along rim (see image). Heavier tray with two small areas of solder to rim (see images). Each with surface wear abrasions.
