Pattern 1853 Enfield Rifle Musket, c. 1862, walnut stock, steel fittings, lock marked "1862/TOWER," with proof marks on the left side of the breech, barrel lg. 39, overall lg. 55 1/2 in.

Stock has some dings and nicks, steel parts have some patina and some pitting near the breech of the barrel, the lock functions properly but the cock screw is broken off and needs tapping and replacement.
