Description:

Two Fairbairn-Sykes Fighting Knives, c. 1940s-50s, a knife with a brass grip, a steel guard marked "IMPERIAL/GUDEDGE/CUTLERY CO" and "MADE IN/SHEFFIELD/ENGLAND," steel blade and a leather scabbard with an aluminum chape; and a knife with an aluminum grip, steel guard marked "LE COMMANDO/INOX," and "MARQUE & MODELE DEPOSES/SUPER-NOGENT," a steel blade and a leather scabbard with a brass chape.

Provenance: The collection of Nicholas A. Penachio.

Both in good condition with some scabbard wear from use.
