19th Century Dutch Long Plane, c. 1844, 41 1/2-in. fruitwood body with beaded top edges, carved fish bone design wedge, four-lobed escapement with incised floral decoration, and simple chip-carved flower, and marked "MT 1844," iron marked "P" with adjustment screw.
