Lemuel Curtis Mahogany and Parcel-gilt Girandole Clock, Concord, Massachusetts, c. 1816, giltwood carved eagle above the 8-in. convex roman numeral painted iron dial with raised dot decoration on the outer edge, brass side ornaments flanking the rope-twist moldings and enclosing the foliate decorated eglomise reverse painted tablet with a spread-wing eagle and marked "Patent Leml. Curtis," terminating in a carved gilt pedestal, eight-day time-only movement stamped "L. Curtis," regulated by cast brass pendulum, ht. 46 in.
