Dutch School, 17th/18th Century
Bust Portrait of a Man. Unsigned, initialed faintly in pencil on the reverse, with a label from Bruno de Bayser Expert, Paris, affixed to the frame backing. Ink and wash on laid paper with partial watermark, 6 13/16 x 5 3/8 in., framed. Condition: Toning, pale staining, handling creases, hinged to back mat across the top edge of the reverse.

Upon further examination by an outside expert, this work is thought to be 18th century, and is after a portrait by van Dyke.
