Low-back Windsor Armchair, Pennsylvania, late 18th century, the shaped backrest continuing to scrolled handholds above turned arm supports and fourteen spindles, on carved D-shaped seat and turned base, old finish, (imperfections),ht. 29 1/4, seat ht. 16 1/4 in.

old screws attaching rear legs to seat, spindles and crest need rejoining or tightening below backrest. Extensive paint history includes black, red and green and traces of all still exist
