Five Plates from Eight Squares with a Different Color in Each Half Square (Divided Horizontally and Vertically), 1980, edition of 50 plus proofs, published by Multiples Inc., New York, printed by John Campione, New York (Krakow, 1980.05). Each signed and inscribed "lewitt TP" in pencil l.r. and with printer's stamp on verso. Color screenprints on wove paper, image sizes 14 1/8 x 14 1/8 in. (35.8 x 35.8 cm),unmatted, unframed.
Condition: Pale foxing, several with pale mat burn, slightly light-struck, old hinges (some removed resulting in thinned areas to edge of sheet) to versos.
The sheets measure 18 x 18 in. (45.7 x 45.7 cm). The ink surfaces look fine. See images for further staining and like condition issues.
