Condition: Subtle rippling, not examined out of frame.

Frame was opened during preview. Sheet dimensions are 23 x 18 5/8 inches. Drawing was originally on tissue paper or similar and has been lined onto a stronger support paper and which is hinged to the back mat in two places on the reverse. There is fine wrinkling and creasing to the original sheet. Tears and losses which are stabilized by the lining, as follows: a 4-1/2 inch diagonal tear, left side, located 6-3/4 inches down from the u.l. corner; a gently curving tear to the lower right side, measuring 3-1/2 inches, which extends into the tail of the bird on the right; losses to the upper right corner measuring about 2 x 1 inch overall. Soiling to the edges of the sheet. Stain measuring about 1-1/4 inch at the upper left edge.
