Large shaped George Prentiss Kendrick designed form with two rows of tooled and applied leaves in dark green mottled glaze, impressed Grueby Pottery Boston USA and artist's cipher 4/26, ht. 12 3/8 in.

Two very small nicks, one each to two of the leaves in the top row near the mouth.
