Artist-designed Sterling Silver "Paint Tube" Brooch, Arman, lg. 3 1/4 in., no. 50/75, signed.

Note: French-born artist Arman (1928-2005), a leader of the New Realist movement, was known for his assemblage sculptures made from everyday items, including organic objects embedded in plastic. The collections of the Tate Gallery and the Museum of Modern Art include sculpture by the artist. Originally purchased at Sculpture to Wear, New York.
